Heartland Finishes, Inc. was founded on hardworking Midwestern values. Our first day of business was March 19, 2002. The original founders were the only employees on that day and are still intricately involved in the operations.
Although we have grown to become one of Des Moines’ premier finishing subcontractors, our team is committed to our customers’ satisfaction. Our goal is to not only meet their expectations, but to exceed them whenever possible.

Heartland Finishes celebrates 10 years
On March 19 of this year, Heartland Finishes turned 10 years old. A celebration for our suppliers, contractors, friends, and allies was held on June 14th. The party was an island theme complete with sand and rum drinks. Thank you to all who came and all who have supported us over these past years. View the slideshow.
JE Dunn selects HF for Contractor for Mary Greeley Hospital
Heartland Finishes was awarded the exterior package for work at the hospital in Ames. Scope includes exterior framing, sheathing, air barrier, fireproofing and EIFS.
